Airbond already leads the world in splicers for the glass and carbon fibre business, with its pioneering 113,114 and 701 models. Now our latest patented technology is set to transform the sectors of the textiles business dealing with carpets, upholstery etc… The 136 offers a completely new, simplified splicing action – for which patents are pending. This new design makes full use of Airbond’s new printing technology, to produce a splicer whose complex shape is light and ergonomically efficient. It can be used in the smallest spaces.

The 136 is as effective and versatile as our all Airbond’s existing designs, joining a huge range of counts in textile fibres. It’s lighter and handier than anything Airbond has made before. And as with the 600 and 700 Series splicers, the working parts are protected from the wear and tear, safe inside an impact-resistant shell.

Splice strengths are ample for all the applications for which it has been designed, in a remarkably wide range of counts, considering the size of the splicer. And, like other splicers in the Airbond range, the 136 is rugged, reliable and simple to maintain.
